BARGAINING REPORT 3

August 21, 2026

The Bargaining Committee met with the company today and presented proposals addressing wages, EWP days, and other working conditions. We also proposed clarifying language regarding Call Observations and the use of ACW.

The Committee continues to review the company’s Health Care proposal and has not yet reached a decision. We will meet with the company again early next week to continue bargaining and work toward reaching an agreement.
