The Union and Company are continuing each day to present proposals on various work rules. The Company has proposed changes to items like the grievance process, conducting some meetings virtually and the duration of the new agreement. Your committee has proposed improvements to meal allowances, paid travel time and guaranteed time off. We are continuing to review the Company's benefits proposal and are determined to reach an agreement that will benefit our members.

Keep mobilizing! The Company needs to see that we deserve a fair contract.
