Mandatory Overtime Update - DIRECTV Satellite & Stream

The Nexstar contract has been extended to expire on 8/18, and the company will be rolling out voluntary overtime and mandatory overtime in both Satellite Loyalty and DTVi Loyalty due to forecasted increased call volume.

MOT Requirements:

• 3 hours per agent, to be worked Wed 8/19 – Wed 8/26
• Agents can self-select OT hours
• Agents scheduled for a full week of vacation the week will not have an MOT requirement.
• For agents with < 3 scheduled workdays, the MOT requirement will be reduced to 2 hours for the week.
• VOT hours already selected will be converted and count towards fulfilling the MOT requirement.
• Agents who do not select 3 hours will have hours added to schedule 8/17

Agents may now self-cancel any Extra Hours Required between 8/15-8/18 by using Agent Webstation. Mandatory OT requirements beyond 8/26 will be managed by week and announced a week in advance.
