Potential Mandatory Overtime - DIRECTV Satellite & Stream

We received a heads up on upcoming overtime needs due to the approaching Nexstar channel dispute. Our Nexstar contract expires on 8/7, and we are rolling out voluntary overtime with the potential need of mandatory overtime in both Satellite Loyalty and DTVi Loyalty due to forecasted increased call volume. • 7/29 – Union heads up
• 7/30 Communication to centers of potential MOT for 8/8 – 8/15 if VOT requirements are not met
• 8/4 – Decision and communication to move from VOT to MOT
• Agents who do not select 3 hours will have hours added to schedule 8/7

MOT Requirements:

• 3 hours per agent, to be worked Sat 8/8 – Sat 8/15
• Agents can self-select OT hours
• Agents scheduled for a full week of vacation the week will not have an MOT requirement.
• For agents with < 3 scheduled workdays, the MOT requirement will be reduced to 2 hours for the week.
• VOT hours already selected will be converted and count towards fulfilling the MOT requirement.

Mandatory OT requirements beyond 8/15 will be managed by week and announced a week in advance.
